Chocolate Seed Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 beaten egg

  • ¼ cup powdered keto-friendly sweetener (stevia, erythritol, monk fruit, allulose, or a combination)

  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

  • 4 tablespoons chia seeds

  • 4 tablespoons flax seeds

  • ¼ cup cocoa powder

  • 6 tablespoons almond flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350˚F.

  2. In a bowl, mix the beaten egg with the keto-friendly sweetener and melted butter.

  3. Add the chia seeds and mix well with the other ingredients.

  4. Add the flax seeds and stir to combine.

  5. Add the cocoa powder and mix with the other ingredients.

  6. Add the almond flour and combine well with the mixture.

  7. Prepare your baking tray with parchment paper or a silicone mat.

  8. Take a portion of the mixture and shape it into bars, placing each one on the tray.

  9. Bake for about 10 minutes, flipping them until golden on both sides but not burnt.

  10. Serve and enjoy!
